Founded in 1968 by Sensei Jack Krystek, The Krystek School of Self Defense
is different from any other you will find. Deeply rooted in tradition and evolution,
we offer Adult students the option to study Judo, Reality Based Self-defense:
Jiu-Jitsu Modern Style, CT 707 Krav Maga, and Training For Warriors Fitness System. You can also choose to
combine these disciplines for the complete self defense and fitness program

The Krystek School maintains a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. Students of all backgrounds - from children and teens to men and women of all ages, from beginner to expert - are welcome. A sixth-degree black belt in Judo, co-founder of Jiu-Jitsu Modern Style and HaganaH black belt, Sensei Jack Krystek and his instructors have dedicated their lives to mastering these arts, and can tailor a program to suit your needs.
