Our Adults program offers martial arts and fitness lessons in both private and semi private group settings. We emphasize improvement of the individual and maintaining our safe, friendly and supportive community.
JUDO
"The Gentle Way" comes from feudal Japan's combat system; created in 1882 by Dr. Jigoro Kano, Judo is the refinement of ancient martial art Jujutsu. Judo was introduced in the 1964 Olympic Games. Judo is best known for its impressive throwing techniques and includes extensive ground work. Classes taught by Masters World Champion & 7th Dan Jack Krystek.
JIU JITSU (BJJ)
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu originated from Kodokan Judo, using leverage, positioning, and hooks to beat a ground opponent. Royce Gracie was made known at UFC 1. BJJ physically improves endurance, agility, balance, and reflexes. It's a self-defense means involving skill rather than size or weight. It encourages concentration, self-confidence, and leadership. Since BJJ requires a calm, concentrated mind, it allows participants to be present at the moment. Sensei Jack Krystek, Renzo Gracie Black Belt teaches our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for adults (over the age of 16).

A Krystek original started by Jack and Albert Krystek in the 1970’s. Our style has evolved over the years to include a variety of martial arts principles, strategies and techniques to create a complete realty based MMA system.
CT 707- KRAV MAGA
CT 707 -ISFKM’s strategy complements every martial artist's skill set by incorporating it with speed and brutality of action, which renders its implementation practical and efficient in disabling or stopping a danger. Unlike Krav Maga, Israeli Special Forces Krav Maga is the same streamlined strategy-based on the principles devised by Sargent Major Nir Maman. It is taught at the IDF Special Forces Anti Terror and Special Operations School, where Nir served as chief counter-terrorism instructor.

The Training For Warriors method is a physical and mental fitness program developed by Martin Rooney for fighters over 20 years ago. After a decade+ of use by many of the world's best warriors, we learned you don't have to be a MMA Fighter to use the TFW system, but you have to be a warrior.
A warrior is described as someone willing to work hard and improve themselves to overcome their particular life challenges. TFW framework was designed to improve muscle strength and mental strength to face these challenges.
TFW involves comprehensive warm-ups, pace conditioning, strength training, mobility, and stability practice.
Regardless of which format is being used, all of our variations teach proper technique, understanding of body mechanics, cues for form and safety, and development of kickboxing combinations that mechanically make sense. By applying these teaching strategies, students feel more successful, experience a fun and engaging workout, and build a strong kickboxing foundation that prepares them for more advanced movements.
TFW is a fun and challenging workout that can help beginners relieve stress and build self-confidence.
